By creating an account, browsing internships, or participating in the student referral rewards network at Earnly (earnly.jcsoftwaresolution.cloud), operated by JayaChetna Software Solution Pvt. Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease all access and platform usage. Continued usage following any published revisions constitutes explicit acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and maintain an active account in good standing on Earnly, you agree and warrant that:

• Single Account Policy: You may establish and operate only one unique account. Creating duplicate accounts using alternate emails, fake names, or shared credentials will result in instant termination of all associated profiles.
• Truthful Information: All personal credentials, educational qualifications, contact information, and payout credentials provided during registration must be genuine and accurate.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and PIN. Any unauthorized activity on your profile must be reported to our support desk immediately.

Earnly provides monetary incentives to reward honest community growth and student peer recommendations. To preserve the financial security of the community, the following rules apply strictly:

• Genuine Attribution: A referral commission is credited only when an authentic peer uses your unique referral code or link to complete their verified internship enrollment and checkout.
• Prohibition of Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own referral code to purchase internships for yourself, nor can you create secondary dummy accounts to claim commissions.
• Strict Prohibition of Abuse: The use of automated scripts, web scrapers, proxy rotators, emulator click farms, spamming unsolicited public groups, or falsified transaction proofs is strictly prohibited.
• Commission Audit & Forfeiture: Earnly reserves the absolute right to audit suspicious referral spikes. Any commissions gained via abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent mechanisms will be cancelled and the user account permanently banned.

All internships published on Earnly are curated in collaboration with verified corporate partners and tech organizations:

• Curriculum & Mentorship: Enrolled candidates gain access to structured project modules, recorded and live mentorship sessions, and practical real-world assignments.
• Certification Criteria: Candidates must submit required milestone tasks and fulfill attendance minimums to earn verified completion certificates and recommendations.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If a scheduled internship cohort is delayed or cancelled by the provider, candidates are eligible for a 100% full refund or complimentary transfer to an upcoming cohort.

Regarding your digital wallet and withdrawal transactions on Earnly:

• Non-Expiring Balances: Verified referral commissions credited to your Referral Wallet do not expire as long as your account remains in active, compliant standing.
• Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: Payout withdrawals can be requested anytime once your verified balance reaches a minimum of ₹100.
• Payout Methods: Withdrawals are processed directly to your registered UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA) or verified bank account details.
• Payout Timeline: Most UPI transfers are executed automatically within minutes. In cases of manual security reviews or banking network holidays, payouts may take up to 24 to 48 business hours.
• Accurate Details: Earnly is not liable for funds sent to incorrect UPI IDs or bank accounts provided erroneously by the user. Please verify your details carefully prior to submitting.
